What is the “Wish” Return Policy?


We want you to feel like your children’s bedding wishes have come true! So, if you are not happy we’re not happy. Please contact us by email or phone (followed by an email) within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund or exchange. We will give you instructions at that time on how to complete your refund. Please do not send us your return without making contact with us first.

Please note the following:


  1. Items for return must be unopened, unused and unwashed.
  2. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping option.
  4. If you did not pay for shipping because of a FREE SHIPPING offer, please note that Wish Bedding will deduct the original cost of shipping your order and related taxes from your refund amount.
  5. All special orders and discontinued items are final sale.
  6. All promotional and sale merchandise are non-refundable, however we will gladly give you an exchange or store credit for a future purchase.
  7. After 14 days and up to 90 days following the date of your invoice, we will only accept returns for manufacturing defects.
  8. All refunds will be given in the form of a cheque, regardless of how payment was made.

We accept good old plastic – Visa and Mastercard! And, you can be sure our credit card transactions are secure. We also accept Paypal – the undisputed leader in fast, easy and safe online payments. However, if you are not too comfy with online transactions, you can call or fax us your credit card info at (416) 506-WISH. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AS IT IS NOT SECURE. Please note all prices are quoted in Canadian funds.


What is our Privacy Policy?


We respect your privacy! All personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, loaned or otherwise imparted to any outside entity. Your personal information is collected only for the purposes of facilitating your online transaction and shipping your purchase. Any information you give us will not be used against your consent. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.


What are the “Wish” Shipping Policies?


  1. We use Canada Post Expedited service for our shipments.  All shipments are tracked with a tracking number that you will receive with confirmation of purchase. Rates are as follows:
    Medium Parcel Large Parcel
    Ontario $10.00 $15.00
    Quebec & Manitoba $15.00 $20.00
    Rest of Canada $20.00 $25.00
  2. We are pleased to offer free shipping in Canada for purchases of $300 or more (pre-tax). Note: Some larger, heavier or awkwardly shaped special order items may be excluded from the free shipping offer, even if the order exceeds $300 pre tax. For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on orders over $150. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.  All other shipping policies apply during this promotion. 
  3. To avoid shipping charges, we are pleased to offer local pickup for our customers located in the Greater Toronto Area. Our showroom is located in Thornhill. Please select ‘Local Pickup’ during checkout for this option.
  4. For in-stock items, we will make our every attempt to ship out same day. Please be aware we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
  5. Within the GTA, you should get you your purchase in 1-2 business days, for the rest of Ontario 2 – 4 business days and for all other provinces and territories, allow 4 – 6 business days. Please note that these delivery times will be affected by statutory holidays.
  6. Shipment times do not apply to special orders. We will contact you with the shipping details for your special order as they will vary according to the suppliers we work with.
  7. If your purchase is out-of-stock but on its way (as we replenish our stock regularly), we will contact you by email to advise you of your delivery time. Generally speaking, it will not exceed 3 weeks.
  8. In a hurry? Please contact us immediately after placing your order by email at info@wishbedding.com or at (416) 506-WISH to let us know. For an extra fee, we are happy to arrange a special courier delivery if needed.
  9. If there is delivery failure (i.e. your package is refused or returned), Wish Bedding reserves the right to charge the customer for all future shipping charges incurred.
  10. Uh Oh! While we strive to maintain a perfect online shopping experience, accidents can and do occur (boo hoo!). If for any reason we cannot process your order, we will notify you immediately. At that time, you will have the opportunity to modify or cancel your order.
  11. US CUSTOMERS: If you are interested in purchasing from us, please send us an email at info@wishbedding.com outlining what you would like to purchase. We can calculate shipping costs based on your order and send you an invoice via Paypal. (Free shipping is only available to Canadian customers at this time.) US Customers will not be charged tax, however the customer is responsible for all duties collected by USPS on your behalf.  


What about the government grab (a.k.a taxes)?


Wish you didn’t have to pay them? We do too. However, applicable taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. These sales taxes will be clearly indicated on your invoice at the time of purchase. All Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST. Provincial taxes will vary accordingly and HST will be charged in provinces where applicable. For example, Ontario residents pay 13% HST.

We understand that sometimes it may be hard to make a purchase decision like this online. You may want to see and feel the fabrics before committing to a purchase. If you are in the GTA and would like to make an appointment to see your favourites up close and personal, we welcome your visit! Otherwise, we may be able to send you a swatch of the fabric(s) at a nominal cost.
